"Vulnerability is at the heart of meaningful growth. It may feel uncomfortable, but leaning into truth and courage is how real change begins — not a sign of weakness, but a strength we build together in therapy."

About Zoya Hussain

Hello, my name is Zoya, and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I am passionate about supporting children, adults, couples, and families as they navigate challenges related to mental health, acquired brain injuries, substance use, isolation, depression, low self-esteem and other life difficulties.

I work from a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), EMDR for trauma processing and healing, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) for couples and families, mindfulness practices, and attachment-based interventions to provide individualized care. My goal is to help clients process pain, build resilience, and cultivate hope while supporting them toward meaningful personal growth.
