"Vulnerability is at the heart of meaningful growth. It may feel uncomfortable, but leaning into truth and courage is how real change begins — not a sign of weakness, but a strength we build together in therapy."

About Zoya Hussain

Hello, my name is Zoya, and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I provide therapy sessions in Hindi and Urdu, ensuring culturally sensitive and accessible care for diverse communities.

I also hold a Brain Injury Specialist certification through ACBIS. I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults in navigating challenges related to mental health, acquired brain injuries, substance use, isolation, depression, and low self-esteem.

I provide therapy sessions in fluent English with the option of having your session in Hindi or Urdu, ensuring culturally sensitive and accessible care for diverse communities.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to fostering positive change, and I work to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel supported and respected.

I support children aged five and older who face challenges with emotional regulation and other developmental concerns. Using a trauma-informed and harm reduction approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR),  mindfulness techniques, and attachment-based interventions to provide individualized care. My goal is to help clients process pain, build resilience, and cultivate hope, supporting them on their journey toward meaningful growth.
